Would you pay 900$ for a detail job? This is a couple of the pics that I could upload. They have been refusing to take my calls, and make this right. They also wouldn't give me the invoice until I paid...I know I know always get the invoice upfront. double check the work...unfortunately I have been having mobility issues due to a work injury. I wasn't able to go around and check their work...Like what happened to good honest work. When three of the packages said EVERY nook and cranny. I would expect not to find dirt in the cup holders, trash still left on the floor and the initial spill cleaned up. Its been going on a month and still no resolution. I am to be reimbursed for this job but I can't send an invoice in with out a paid in full. Still can't even get the proper invoice.

I had a spill in my vehicle, and after playing tag with e-mail and finally confirming a date of December 13. They were late by at least an hour and a half, they did call, to inform me. after being charged 3 different packages each one stating Every nook and cranny cleaned. I was not allowed to see the invoice till I paid, this was to be refunded as my boss was to pay for the detailing, I just have to give a paid in full invoice. They wouldn't take a debit card and had to pay with Zelle... The job was not complete, I wasn't really able to move around the vehicle to inspect it thoroughly before they left, due to an injury at work. come to find there was dirt still in the cup holders, still found scraps of trash, and the initial spill wasn't entirely cleaned up. The invoice I did receive was 50+ dollars less than what I paid. They said they will send me a new invoice reflecting what I actually paid. also charged me an extra 4% on top of the normal tax rate. I paid $899.50 for this job which I still can not have it reimbursed for since I do not have a proper paid in full invoice. I have reached out multiple times and have received a runaround saying yes we will take care of it send us the info.... It is now going on a month and I cannot afford to be out this much money. I am patient, forgiving, and understanding to a business but this is beyond frustrating... if there is no resolution, there will be legal action.
