WARNING: This company is running a SCAM! They will give you a cheap quote but the actual charges will be much higher (for instance, they said transportation was included in the price, but they later charged me an extra $70 for it). The team was quite unprofessional. They refused to disassemble/ reassemble my bed, claiming that they didn't have a drill or screwdriver. What a joke. Notice how the 5-star reviews are usually posted on the same day. Very clever.

My wife and I just recently moved to Florida. g to the Chicago area, and told me they were very good. The weather conditions were bad the day of the pick-up, and they arrived on time. The staff was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with how careful they were with my items; everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. I am glad I chose chicago movers, and will recommend to others in the future. I thought moving in the winter would be a nightmare, but I was wrong

My wife and I just recently moved to Florida. I checked around and Best Movers DC was hundreds less than other companies. My friend had just used them when relocating to the DC area, and told me they were very good. The weather conditions were bad the day of the pick-up, and they arrived on time. I have used Best Movers DC twice and also recommended them for my brother's move last week. In all three instances; their movers were prompt, effecient and hard working. I was promised three men for each job, and actually had four for one without incurring any additional charges. They also completed my move from the southwest suburbs into a 3 story row home in the city in approximately 5 hours...and that is including the driving time!!! Nothing was damaged, not even a nick or a scrape, and all boxes were put into the appropriate rooms. They even offered to set up my bed, something I would have had to do on my own. Not only did they do an excellent job with everything, you can't beat the price. I would highly recommend Best Movers DC and I already have for family and friends. Best-Movers-DC.com is Excellent. they moved my family from our 4 bedroom home, and they took my beds down and set them up at our new house. we have this antique curio cabinet that i was worried about. They wrapped the cabinet, took excellent care of it and set everything where i wanted it. Kirk and his crew were super polite and friendly, took extra good care of our things, and made absolutely sure that they put the pieces of furniture where we wanted them exactly. They were very fast and efficient. We have moved 4 times in 10 years, used big companies in the past with rude movers who did not know what they were doing (and cost 50% more!). This move changed my view of moving - this is definitely the best experience we have had and we will for sure use Best Movers DC again the next time we move! I searched for a month before picking Best Movers DC. I was not disappointed. From getting estimates, to booking, to moving, everything was excellent. My move took an hour less than the estimate, and they did not try to pad it. The office always answered my many questions leading to the move. The movers were excellent and very personable. It's not very often you have a pleasant experience with movers and moving companies. Best Movers DC were fantastic from day one with the quote to the day of the move. They were extremely polite and courteous, careful with everything they lifted, and wrapping anything that could be damage - perhaps a little excessively! Ronnie, Diego and John were a huge help to getting us settled into our new home. I'd recommend them and Best Movers DC moving to anyone.
